Thank you for visiting and shopping at Lady Beadle Designs. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

 

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

Parcels are shipped using Canada Post regular mail and parcel service.  Orders can be shipped using a Courier, by request, but will be subject to additional fees and charges.

 

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped.

 

If you require the shipment to be tracked, there will be an additional cost above the cost calculated at checkout.  An e-mail will be sent containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

 

Lady Beadle Designs is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages

 

Lady Beadle Designs is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

 

We will ship to any country in the World.  Rates are available on request and are subject to change based on the carrier rates issued by Canada Post.

Returns Policy

​

Lady Beadle Designs does not accept returns, refunds or exchanges on digital Tutorials, Beads, Kits or signed Books.  If there is a problem with your order, please us the Contact form to tell us what the issue is within 7 days and we will do our best to resolve it.

Conditions of return

​

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Lady Beadle Designs accepts payment through PayPal.

Payments from within Canada can be made through E-Transfer, by request.
