Necklace ~ Autumn Poinsettia
Peyote stitch makes a stiff fabric of beads that can be used for many sturdy beaded projects. Peyote stitched on the diagonal is also a dense fabric but is more flexible than its squared counterpart. The resulting shapes can be used to construct petals and leaves, and when used in a long straight strip, become an attractive chain. Try diagonal peyote stitch in this project. Stitched in reds and greens, this necklace would be the perfect accessory for the Holiday Season.

The Autumn Poinsettia Necklace requires size 11/0 Japanese seed beads in five colours, size 11/0 Czech seed beads in two colours, size 15/0 Japanese seed beads a metallic colour, two 10mm glass pearls, one 6mm glass pearl, and three 4mm glass pearls.
